Warranty

Materials and Workmanship
Universal Pultrusions, LLC. doors and frames are guaranteed for 15 years from date of shipment against failure due to materials and workmanship including delamination, core expansion, and warp.

Corrosion
Universal Pultrusions, LLC. doors and frames are lifetime guaranteed against failure due to corrosion from the specified environment named at the time of purchase.

Repair or Replacement
Universal Pultrusions, LLC. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and its liability shall under all circumstances, be limited to the repair of the door and or frame, the refund of the original purchase price, or the replacement of the product with a door and or frame of similar construction, shipped prepaid to the users. Original door and or frame must be returned prepaid to Marshall, AR. Labor and or expenses incurred to remove or replace defective unit will not be covered by Universal Pultrusions, LLC.

Exclusions
Universal Pultrusions, LLC.will not be responsible for damage resulting from improper storage or handling, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorized modification to the door or frame.

Limitations
Universal Pultrusions, LLC. shall not be liable to the Buyer for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind or nature arising out of the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, possession, resale, use, operation or maintenance of its products. Universal Pultrusions, LLCs liability on any claim, loss or liability arising out of or connected with this transaction (including but not limited to, loss or liability arising from negligence, strict liability in tort, warranty or breach of contract), shall in no case exceed the price paid by Buyer to Universal Pultrusions, LLC. for the items purchased. Universal Pultrusions, LLC. shall have no liability for any liquidated damages whatsoever unless specifically agreed to by Universal Pultrusions, LLC. in writing.

Reservation of Right to Limit Warranty when Product is used for improper purpose
Universal Pultrusions, LLC. reserves the right to limit its warranty with regard to fitness of the product for a particular purpose when, in fact, Buyer insists on using product in a situation in which the Seller, using its skill or judgment believes that the use of the product is not fit for the purpose it is intended to be used.
